I have my own AeroGrow garden indoors so I can use 7 different kinds of herbs anytime I want to.
I have Mint, Purple Basil and Italian Basil , Chives, Thyme, Parsley, and Dill.
MY ORIGINAL RECIPE FOR THIS MONTH !
OBAMA PASTA
I created this recipe on January 21, 2009
the day after wonderful President Obama
was inaugurated.
leftover meatloaf
(or any other meat or just veggies)
bow tie pasta (cooked)
cream of mushroom soup (thinned a bit for gravy)
add some garlic salt, a bit of fennel pollen
and about a teaspoon of turmeric
some fresh spinach
SMOOSH IT ALL TOGETHER WITH THE
HOT PASTA AND SERVE.
I ate it with slices of french bread
which were covered with butter, garlic salt and
some Garlic Jack cheese. (but you can use any
kind of cheese you like!)
PUT THE PIECES OF BREAD
UNDER THE BROILER UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS.
and just ENJOY it !!
This is me with the famous chef Joanne Weir. I watch her show 6 days a
week on TV. I even bought a big 8" chef's knife just like the one she
uses on TV.
I use it ALL the time, even for chopping little pieces.
This isn't really spaghetti.. it is colored yarn which I made in Fiber Sculpture class a couple of years ago. It is art not food ! ! !
