SAMPLE PIECES OF ART

Kim took art classes at the College of Marin for several years and used to do art with her mother, the famous Nancy Chandler.  She studied ceramics, sculpture and fiber sculpture.  Her favorite, however, was printmaking.  She has done etchings and also lino cuts.  For two years in a row, she was also the "Printmaker in Residence" at the de Young Museum for the Arts and Disabilities Fair. Her images are refreshing and simple, yet sophisticated.  Some of her work reminds one of Paul Klee.  She has sold quite a few of her prints - and not just to friends and family!

Here are some samples of her work over the years.
